We do everything we can to encourage replies, however sometimes a user may not reply to a message. We recommend allowing 48 hours to receive a reply, and moving on to another potential room if you hear nothing.
The matching test is an optional tool to help you narrow down on the best possible flatmates for you. About half of our users take the matching test.
