Why the best landlords are moving to Your Place
We list your home on Zoopla and Rightmove, allowing you to reach the same audience as top estate agencies, without the hefty cost.
Your Place only works with professional operators and vetted landlords. We reject listings which do not meet our criteria. We seek to work with property managers who offer renters a better rental experience.
Your Place pulls in a wide range of potential tenants, both from our own database and the most popular listings sites in the UK. We save you time by providing you a platform to receive all these enquiries in one place, and if you do not find a tenant within 28 days, we will refund your payment!
What makes a listing great?
Tip 1. Pictures
Adding high quality images to your listing is the best way to ensure you receive a high level of interest. Take a bit more time over taking the photos and maybe invest in a professional photographer, something we can help with!
Tip 2. Description
The more info you include about your property, the area, and key selling points the better as this will attract more people to you.
Tip 3. Price
Set a fair price and check out comparable properties in your area or postcode to ensure you are not putting people off by asking for too much!
